Here are some common questions about LogozRUs.
How is my price determined?
The price of your new logo or package is determined by The Promotion we have going on at the time you order a single logo or package design. We charge for Labor Costs involved in the Design Of Your Logo etc…There might be a charge for Editing your graphic or an image you uploaded or wanted us to find for you. Those are both separate charges if you need these services added to your Project and order. Any changes after you’ve signed off and accepted the finished design are also extra charges that may be incurred if you need post design changes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit bank cards as forms of payment. We also accept Paypal if you are currently a member and wish to use your account to make a purchase. When going to checkout and purchasing your logo design package, please click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button if you’re not using Paypal to make your purchase.
After payment is made what do I do next?
After you make a purchase through our payment gateway, Paypal will display a Button at the bottom of the thank you screen that says “Return To LogozRUs”. You will then be redirected back to the websites Logo Design Questionnaire (We cannot start or complete your logo design without this IMPORTANT info) . Fill out the necessary form fields with corresponding info and hit SUBMIT Button. We will then get started on your logo design and Notify You By Email when the design is completed. (Please be sure to give us the correct email to ensure that you receive the completed project) Be sure to complete the form fully.
Can I get my order sooner?
Our Turnaround Time For Most Logo’s is 3 days…possibly 5-7 days depending on the complexity or the logo or how many projects we have in the que. We also, offer Express Service in 1 Day for an additional price of $125 if a quicker turnaround time is needed.
What file-format should I submit?
When you are Uploading Files for your logo design, please be sure to ONLY upload the following file types and sizes:
- PNG (Transparent File Works The Best With Logo Design Or Branding)
- Jpeg (Editing charge to remove backgrounds and other editing is an extra charge of $25)
- EPS (This file can be edited in most Design & Drawing Programs)
- Original File (This file is a Photoshop, Coreldraw, Etc.. File Type. It’s The Original File/Good For Redesigns)
- Word Document (For Text, Slogans, Instructions, or Correct Spellings of design)
- PDF Document (For Text, Slogans, Instructions, or Correct Spellings of design)
What is your minimum order quantity?
When placing an order for Logo Design or a Package Design one logo design is the default setting. However, if you’d like to custom order a logo or want more than one logo designed…please feel free to send us an email with your request, so that we may quote you the correct price for the design. Please be sure to add a detail oriented set of instructions so that we may be able to bring your vision to life.
How long is your turnaround time?
Again, our Turnaround Time, is usually 3 days From time of Payment and Receiving of Instructions and all needed materials to create your logo. Sometimes we extend that time to from 5-7 days, depending on our project work load or the complexity of a logo design or branding package.
How much do I have to pay to get started?
Right now we have a Grand Opening Logo Design Special for $65!!! That payment is due at time of service Paid In Full before any work will begin. So, $65 would be due at time of sign up! Payment is required for any of our services at the time of sign up.
If I need to make a payment for add'l services, how/where do I make that payment?
If additional payment is needed to be made for services like Editing, 24 hour Express Delivery, or changes not included in your allowable revisions for your logo design package. Send us an email through our Contact Us page with the details of your request and we will be sure to contact you within 24 hour or less. We’ll send you a special payment link to make those purchases when requested, ensuring you that those said changes will be made and reflect on your order.
